Rolling Archive – Terms of Service

By booking or purchasing services from Rolling Archive, you agree to the following terms:

Services
Rolling Archive provides photography and videography services for events, personal sessions, and creative projects. All services include digital delivery of edited media unless otherwise stated.

Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received. Full payment terms will be communicated prior to the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

Delivery
Final edited media will be delivered digitally within an agreed timeframe after the session. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, being present at the scheduled time, and ensuring access to the location.

Usage Rights
Rolling Archive retains the right to use captured photo and video content for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights as agreed at the time of booking. Raw footage is not included unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability
Rolling Archive is not liable for circumstances beyond control including weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues that may impact coverage or delivery.
